      A Rewarding Journey with North American Bancard

      Opportunities for Growth: Over the past 8 years, I've seen myself evolve from a developer to a senior developer. The company provided ample opportunities to hone my skills. Recognition: It's always motivating when one's efforts are acknowledged. I was honored with the NAB All Star award twice, which is a testament to the company's culture of valuing its employees. Supportive Environment: The team is collaborative, and there's a genuine spirit of helping each other out. It's a conducive environment to grow both professionally and personally. Stability: Being with the same company for over 8 years speaks volumes about its stability and the consistent value it brings to its employees.

      Cons

      At times, project deadlines can be tight, with no clear requirements making it a bit challenging. I personally didn't like the change to Flexible PTO.

      Getting a five-star review from our current team members is always a highlight in our day...but hearing from someone who has worked at NAB for more than 9 years is really something special! I want to personally THANK YOU for acknowledging the passionate, talented and dedicated People Operations team at NAB. I am privileged to support this hard working team and I know they are all passionate about the work they do as well as a deep appreciation for our team members at NAB. They want everyone at NAB to have pride in the company, trust in who they work for, appreciation for who they work with and the ability to do their best work. Lofty - but worthwhile – goals! We also agree with you that we have BRILLIANT engineers...truly the best in the industry! We appreciate your “advice to management” and are always looking for more exciting and engaging ways to share what is going on at NAB with our team members across the US and Canada.
