      Pros

      The HR team is unbelievable. They've put together a great onboarding process for a quick dive into the company, benefits include great perks (flex PTO and ZenSpend), I completed a certification exam that they supported with an organized curriculum (and then they had a virtual magic show treat for those of us who passed). There are SO...MANY little things like this that they do that make it special. Then, there's my team. Fun, but hard workers, with a smart and wonderfully supportive manager at our lead. We're growing in a tangible way, I'm challenged, and I feel appreciated. I wouldn't change a single thing.

      Cons

      There is still much need for growth, but the leadership is guiding us there. I don't really count this as a con.

      I have to tell you, as someone who supports the great work that our People Operations Team does at NAB your feedback had me grinning ear to ear.       Only con I had was the pandemic making them make decisions.

      The team I am on is very relaxed and very calm. Team members are all helpful and our Director is awesome !
