Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. Since we are in the middle of open enrollment for our 2023 benefits program, it was rewarding to see you list our benefits package as a pro! We have taken steps in the past few years to increase our offerings - Zen Spend Lifestyle Account, Flexible PTO, increased mental health support, etc. - in ways that our team members told us are most important to themselves and those they love and support. I appreciate the feedback in your review as we are always looking for how to improve. I wish you had shared a bit more detail in both the pros and cons so I could provide a more detailed response for you, but I will do my best with what you did provide. First, you acknowledged "some benefits and some training" and that they were "ok". Since you are a former team member I am not sure if you were employed with NAB over the past few years or not, but our benefits and perks such as flexible PTO, Zen Spend Lifestyle Spending Account and our wellness benefits are some of the best in the industry, and much enhanced from where we were a few short years ago. To respond to your cons I reached out to Jim Parkinson, our CXO, to provide you with a clear, well informed response. Like me, Jim was a bit unsure about what you were referring to but he did share, "It is unfortunate that you were not trained correctly and that our products and product strategy was not clear to you while you were employed at NAB. Thank you for your comment and we will relook at how we train and communicate our products and product direction to our current team members going forward."
