Pros

If you're FT, you get paid holidays that you didn't work.

Cons

Very low pay, health insurance very costly. Pay periods are twice monthly which makes it difficult for employees to manage finances. That caused us to lose massive amounts of people which they struggled to replace. Working in healthcare with less than minimum staffing requirements was extremely stressful. Nevertheless, this company is all about the bottom line and continued to accept new residents regardless of whether or not we could realistically care for them.
