Pros

The team at Rochester East Health Services is the best I've ever seen, and I've seen lots. The team rocks on all levels from entry level to the top manager. If you want to work where you are valued, and you see management involvement apply here. I've worked for mean bosses in the past and the managers here are supportive, not out to get staff.

Cons

The computers are old, but they work.

Pros

The staff members are great! It is like a big family and others truly care about you and support you. We have fun together while we are working hard and take time to celebrate successes big and small

Cons

The building is older so not as pretty as some of the new facilities (but the atmosphere more than makes up for that!)
