Good medical and dental benefits

Cons

Non union hospital. No support from HR or management. Very controlling and manipulative and uses tactics like harassment and intimidation to control their staff. Little to no incentives to work here. Very toxic work environment which caused a mass exodus of staff.

Pros

Direct leadership / management team is great. They are kind and will always help out with work. Overall everyone at the company is very nice and you will learn a lot about the healthcare and hospital industry.

Cons

No bonus due to Covid. Also no support using the software tools needed for the role (from 3rd party) spent a lot of time trying to fix small data issues which takes up too much time. Also no growth trajectory.
