      Pros

      I started my NorthBay journey as an Intern. After graduation, I applied as an on-call/per diem and was hired within two weeks. During orientation and training I was offered a full time position. Good pay. Great benefits. Amazing staff.

      Cons

      Poor management. Bad staffing. Holidays are not paid.
