Cons

Leadership needs to involve or consult frontline staff more when making decisions that affect those staff. Additionally, listen to frontline staff more when they have concerns about patient care or ideas to improve care.

Office workers are great to work with. (NOT MANAGEMENT)

Cons

IT managements are all for themselves. They will never backup their employees if it exposes their position. They don't even try to review any justification, but rather sweep it under the carpet. In other words, they don't want any scandal so they keep their job by milking NB until they retire. The hard part is, they have relations with HR... That itself gives them control.

Small community hospital that has great direction and support until recent turnover and outsourcing.

Cons

Recent upper management's de is ions to outsource the majority of the organization has taken away from the community feel. Your employees can't treat your patients right if they are miserable, understaffed, under appreciated and treated like garbage.
