Coworkers excellent. Bonus potential fair.

Cons

Toxic environment created by management. Harassment tolerated, some administrators without appropriate oversight or accountability. Bonuses earned but not paid to employees who turned in a notice after an anniversary, contract did not specifically cover but refused to pay. Sketchy.
