It is a very good group to work for as long as one does not dislike working for MDAs

Pros

NSA is pretty supportive of its staff, they do try to take personal care of employees. They are fairly generous with pension and salary and vacation.

Cons

As it has grown from a small to medium sized company, management has become much more controlling of CRNAs. Some of it gets pretty petty.
