It's a fast growing company with lots of opportunities. Plus, the fact that it's in the healthcare industry with a focus on improving the way ORs are run both from a people and financial standpoint, I feel there is pretty good job security and longevity!

Cons

You have to be a strong team player who is okay with some ambiguity and lack of process. If you like and embrace change you'll do well. If you struggle with the day-to-day not being defined it may not be the best place for you!
