The only good thing about this company is there is always opportunity for advancement due to the turn over.

Cons

24/7 on call with no compensation. Verbal harassment from upper management. Management and HR don't follow protocol. Low compensation. No work/life balance.

Decent Pay, Most sites are union. Other than that not too much ! These are literally the only Pros to working for NES

Oh boy... Where to start... Well... - HR doesn't know how to do their jobs properly -Management won't help you if you have a problem with HR -They literally make you pay for your uniforms... 36$ from your checks for a month and some change. -The training is nothing but 6 hours of watching out dated DVDs that were switched over from VHS -They question your disabilities ( I'm a combat veteran) and ask question that they've got no right to ask. - They won't write up an employee for showing up late or not showing up at all. These are just things I've had to deal with in my short time working for these scumbags... Worst security company ever!

Cons

Compensation not outstanding, no benefits except overtime pay for major holidays, but we work all holidays, and there is no such thing as PTO.
