Pros

I love this company. Plenty of opportunities for growth and the firm continuously invests in professional development. It has a somewhat laid back and cooperative culture which is nice - no politics or backstabbing like at bigger services firms.

Cons

The vacation accrual does not roll over (use or lose), but that's about the only con I can think of.

Pros

Northramp is small business packed full of big-4 talent. With almost all employees coming from a big-4 consulting firm, they've combined the benefits of a small business with the quality and polish of a larger consulting firm. The firm is driven by its people and culture, and most importantly the desire by leadership to always do what's right for our clients. Leadership is extremely accessible and works closely with employees to grow in their market space and careers.

Cons

With any growing small business comes an opportunity to wear multiple hats. While it is certainly not required of all, there are needs for pitching in on things like business development, employee success planning, training, standards certifications, and other activities that support the overall success of the firm. Employees, of course, have an option to focus solely on client delivery if they prefer.
