Pros
Very diverse client base for a company of its size...I have been able to move between clients, which in my experience is not always possible for a small business. Truly sincere open door policy to Executive Management...I've spoken with the Cyber Practice Managing Directors on many occasions without issue. Consulting Share Units (CSU) Program is pretty cool!
Cons
While I believe the firm pays competitively, it is still maturing from a corporate support perspective. I've supported multiple clients with this firm, and an individual's experience with the firm is highly affected by the end-client they are supporting. A good client is a good company employment experience...a bad client may possibly lead to a less than fully positive employment experience with the firm.
