      Broad footprint, multiple locations, potential opportunities for advancement. Very diverse workforce in particular locations, not across the board. Diverse Sr. Leadership.

      Cons

      Good ole boy networks still reign supreme. Advancement is politically controlled.

      Pros

      benefits package ( does not necessarily include salary) and placement in market. more job opportunities with NG as a whole. upper management seem to care. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      this does not pertain to northrop as a whole, but the group I work in. Manager not motivated and does not really care about employees personal growth. When time for promotion excuses made that is an insult. Lack of reponse from internal jobs when applied.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and enough time with colleagues and boss to make schedule flexible.

      Cons

      The management team and executive team royally are not playing a solid role to reward individuals who perform well at their jobs. It's always this big boys club where the same people get rewarded because upper management likes the same people and they keep their bonuses all to themselves and patting each other on the back.
