      Easier interview, They asked a couple of basic questions about the job and then asked where do I see myself with the company in 5 years.

      Cons

      Hiring process takes forever, but I can see why though because of being a big company they have to make sure they get the best candidates.

      Pros

      It's a job and a paycheck! Most employees feel this way. The company has a generous tuition reimbursement plan and a good job rotation plan.

      Cons

      Absolutely no respect for rank and file employees. The VPs and above are getting super rich. Rank and file doing worse than inflation.
