      fast pace learning environment. Lots of stuff to do- program was growing

      like dirty diapers and politicians- some of the employees that have been clanking around for 20 years need to be tossed out... Promote positive change management and process improvement. little to no room to grow or slow growth. "good ol' boy network runs ramped... It is all about who you know and less of what you can do. pay should match work. Did NOT get equal pay for equal work.

      Everyone on Glassdoor talks about the 9/80 schedule and how it promotes a work life balance, but working 10 hour days is exhausting. When you have the Friday off, you want nothing more than to sleep. The employees are content doing minimal work just to get a paycheck No one gets fired for underperforming too many people that have been there for years that are hogging up space There also isn't enough work to keep employees busy I don't know why they keep hiring and hiring when there isn't enough work to go around.
