Pros

• Flexible remote setup • Opportunities to take initiative, though unfortunately, often without recognition

Cons

• In April 2023, the team was tasked with a time-sensitive ABM lead generation project, with a clear verbal agreement to pay at a premium rate if completed on time. The work was delivered, the deadline met, and months later, the company announced multiple new clients acquired through those very leads. Yet, no one was compensated as promised. • Employees were later asked to redo some of the leads, with another verbal promise of payment, but still, no compensation followed. This has left many team members feeling exploited and misled. • No formal contracts were provided to remote workers, and most agreements were made informally via Slack or email. This lack of documentation creates a serious vulnerability for international team members. • Communication with upper management is poor, and concerns raised by the team are often ignored, minimized, or dismissed entirely. • A culture of negative reinforcement created a demoralizing atmosphere for many employees, especially in the offshore teams.

Pros

The recruitment process was the best. Quite challenging but the recruitment team was very professional and they look beyond your experience and really give you a chance to prove yourself during interviews. Never really felt like it was an interview but more of a getting-to-know discussion. Was never overwhelmed during the recruitment process as all of them were very friendly.

Cons

Really great company. Benefits and Perks are by far the best I've ever experienced as WFH.
