Understaffed and little overwhelming but there are hiring efforts so hopefully workload will be lighter after scaling

Lack of organizational structure Management claims to help you grow your career through them but fails on that promise. Most of the time, the management team only considers ideas from a certain group, and equal treatment was not observed. Our team was given a project with a very tight deadline and was promised that we would receive bonuses once we finished it, We had to extend working hours even on weekends resulting in members getting sick due to lack of rest. Unfortunately, the bonus was not given even though we met the deadline. Turns out the list we made got rejected but we discovered that they gained new clients from that list. Our efforts were not compensated properly.
