Poor leadership skills from the management team Additional compensation was not provided after finishing a time-sensitive project (ABM) Misleading information about the product itself is not solely AI-generated; there were still people doing the work. The management team was not that supportive. Most of the time, only a certain group of people's ideas were entertained and considered.

Where do I even start...I wish someone had warned me how much of a circus this place feels like once you’re inside. So many of the glowing reviews are fake, which should’ve been my first clue. The structure is all over the place, and management keeps making promises that vanish the moment you try to follow up. There’s a small circle whose ideas get all the attention, and everyone else is expected to just worship whatever they say. We pushed through brutal deadlines, finished projects early, and still didn’t get the compensation we were told to expect. Even worse, they try to pass off their product as fully automated, yet we end up doing a ton of manual work. If you want fairness and support, this won’t be the place for you.
