Thank you for acknowledging the pace and energy of Northspyre and our competitive compensation. We have never solicited fake or only positive reviews (which should be clear from giving a read of the wide variety of other Glassdoor reviews here and frankly we're too busy to write and respond to our own reviews!). We have plenty of avenues for open communication and feedback for our employees while they are here, which are much more helpful and insightful than online, anonymous reviews. As a growing company, we know we have things that are working great and things that need to be improved. We strongly encourage anyone to share their full experience at Northspyre and we listen to all well-intentioned, thoughtful feedback with open ears. To any Northspyre employees visiting this site, we really do encourage you to leave a candid Glassdoor review as well as participate in any of the internal means of communicating feedback (such as our regular engagement surveys, feedback tools like Lattice, or one on ones with your manager.) We try our best to be as responsive as possible to reasonable feedback.

Pros

An excellent place to start your career with a diverse, driven, and talented team. Very horizontally structured so you can immediately join the team and make an impact. Opportunity to move up quick, make great money and gain valuable leadership experience. A great combination of real estate domain experience and sales experience on the team.

Cons

None. Great place to work- you must be willing to work hard and hold your weight.

Thank you for your feedback. Speaking to you as a former employee, I can say we truly appreciated the efforts you brought. (We really mean it!) The Associate role is indeed one that is challenging for new college grads in terms of the the high expectations and critical responsibilities that impact core company goals. Usually for most entry level roles, you can expect to be a few layers removed from the intensity of the action and the ownership of high growth results. At Northspyre, however, even Associates feel the ownership of fast growth targets. The hours can be long (9 to 10 hours per day) but we try to make sure you feel appreciated and supported. We're sorry if we fell short of that goal in your estimation. And as always we do strive to continue to hear the feedback and improve. The Business Development Associate compensation was revamped earlier this year to make it among the most favorable for BDR/SDR entry level roles in the industry. We comp solidly above industry benchmarks aggregated by major tech startup recruiting firms like Betts. For transparency, we offer total comp (salary, commission and equity) of $80-100K per year right out of college with no previous experience for Associates who get a full-time offer after 3 successful months in our paid training program. We appreciate the opportunity for any feedback and dialogue. Please reach out to hr@northspyre or our CEO william@northspyre.com.
