Pros

Competitive pay, remote job, sends you equipment, sign on bonus

Cons

Toxic environment/ management- micromanages and bullies employees. Makes it a point to point out when the employee “sounds like they are going to cry” after being belittled. The work- life balance that was discussed in the interview did not hold true. I was even told by management that family should not get in the way of the job.

Pros

The job is remote and hybrid

Cons

Management will not promote you and will give you a 2% raise a year. The max is 5% which isn't much, but they will never give it to anyone no matter how hard they work, or how many hours extra they put in. They micromange everything. Every little thing you do requires some sort of report or documentation to track what you are doing, and they are constantly emailing you with questions about your work, when they are CC'd on every email, as well as able to view the tracker. All company parties are potluck and you have to work before and after depending on where you live and how long it takes you to get there. Any party that is not a potluck has been at a diner for breakfast. They will not promote you. They have hired externally for positions in order to meet personnel quotas in order to put their friends in management and director positions. They will hire externally even if you are fully qualified for a promotion and have been working hard. They will ask you to do work outside of the parameters of your job description, often making people do the workload of two separate job positions, all in the name of being a "team player". Essentially you could find yourself working the job you were hired for, as well as the job of someone in a higher position than yourself, all for the same base pay. This has happened to multiple employees on multiple occasions. There have been several employees that I personally know who used to work on this team, who left for that exact reason. There are also numerous employees struggling with this at this exact moment.

Pros

Nothing that I can remember. That should tell you enough.

Cons

This is a selfish company that’s only concern is making money. Employee mental and physical health is NOT a priority even though they like to advertise that it is. This all trickles down to patient care which, due to resentment for the company, employees don’t seem to care about anymore. Everyone I worked with complained about poor working conditions and company culture. The only thing that kept us going was the fact that we all boosted each other up with support knowing we all were dealing with the same lack of care from upper management and beyond. When people started leaving because they were fed up, moral went down. Then the vaccine mandate happened. This forced more people out and of course we all know that they FIRED good hard working and reliable people because of this selfish initiative. Good luck on your sinking ship, I won’t even go to your doctors for my own personal health and I share my experience with anyone who asks to make sure they don’t either.
