      Too many "suits" causing trouble

      Good staff, good learning opportunities, able to transfer among diiferent facilities/settings

      Cons

      Suits are constantly reinventing the wheel. Mnadatory staff meetings to hand out paper copies of items that could have been emailed and read at a time that didn't interfere with productivity. No loyalty towards employees. Management feels you can always be replaced by a new grad.
