      Pros

      Starting pay is good, they have union positions. Staff and some management are nice.

      Cons

      The benefits suck. I’ve worked for most healthcare companies and this is the worse. The PTO/Sick time is combined, u receive 2 wks then after that you accur. You have to pay for health insurance even if u go to only Northwell doctors. NYU gives 3weeks pto/vacation and 2weeks sick and you get personal time. If you go to a nyu Md the insurance is free. They give a bonus and raise every year. & also have free schooling programs for staff for ex you can go to school with them and be a surgical tech for free.
