The supervisors really help you learn.

Cons

They now have differential pay. $15/hr if your client cancels or is late. The BT's are treated like they are easily replaceable.

The employees clearly care about each other and their clients. Everyone knows how to create a fun environment while still staying professional.

Cons

Benefits are okay, but not spectacular. Salaries are a little low and more sick or PTO time would be helpful.
