Thank you for your feedback. We take comments on Glassdoor seriously and use them to continue focusing on how to be our very best. In response to your comments, here are a few facts about our very diverse work population—facts we are very proud to share: • 30% of our management team, across all offices, is non-white. • 57% of our management population is female. • 50% of our senior leadership team is female with 50% of those identifying as something other than white. There are always things that we can and will continue to improve at NWA. It is a very exciting time as we update systems and processes for those that help us to meet our number one goal of providing exceptional customer service.

Pros

Pay and benefits aren't that bad

Cons

It had a horrible environment. It's like is stuck in the 50s. Old school way to do things and they don't seem to care if the employees are happy or at least engaged with their work

We are disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with your position at NWA. With continuous improvement being a key goal, your feedback will help us to continue to progress. Employee benefit administration is a very production based industry. Meeting key performance indicators and other metrics allows us to communicate our effectiveness to our clients—whose satisfaction is our number one goal. Production work isn’t for everyone, though we try to engage with our employees to help them meet their career goals and to provide challenging developmental opportunities. We hope to do better in the future as we know that our people are truly what make us successful.
