Pros

My route had plenty of work to keep me busy year round. Can not speak for other technicians.

Cons

Long hours. Poor work/life balance. Hot days in the sun. Company was sold and I don't know if the locally-owned feel remains or if the company has a corporation feel to it now.

something different every day. 7am start time and just working until the route is finished

Cons

management will work you into the ground. pay is not worth the amount of work you do. this company is just one big revolving door.

Sometimes we would have to stay late to work on equipment.
