Friendly coworkers, newer vehicles in use

Cons

Management needs to understand that a problem from 5-8 years ago, of which this company has literal thousands, is not something that should be pushed onto current employees and act like it is their faults the work cannot be completed now due to the legality of the work. Going home after eight hours is frowned upon because of the old work that was just never completed years ago.

Immediate supervisor was great to work for. You get to take your work truck home

Cons

Pay is not great in contrast to the hours they have you work. A lot of long days and work calls in the middle of the night and almost no weekends off
