Pros

Pay was ok. close to home. owners sons were great.

Cons

Your only promoted if you are related to someone or best friends with someone higher up in the company. Upper management was very close minded and one sided. Upper management didn't listen to employees concerns about other personnel-they brushed it under the rug. Training was not good.

Pros

There is generally a strong work/life balance, and many colleagues are genuinely supportive and enjoyable to work with. Some departments offer flexible and understanding management, and many leaders genuinely care about employee success and development. However, the traditional company structure can make it challenging to properly recognize and retain high-performing individuals, which sometimes results in strong talent moving on.

Cons

Decision-making tends to be very slow, and communication from leadership could be significantly improved. Compensation feels outdated and not reflective of current cost-of-living standards, and there was little to no structure around raises or performance evaluations. The environment can feel male-dominated, and advancement often seems based more on personal connections than merit. Trust can be a challenge, as sharing concerns with the wrong person may have repercussions, making open communication difficult. Additionally, some issues aren’t always addressed appropriately, even when multiple individuals raise concerns about the same situation.

Pros

Some people do mean well and try to create a positive environment and make you feel appreciated.

Cons

- male dominated and make females feel undervalued and less than. - pay is far from competitive, benefits are not great - bully mentality and people talk about you behind your back/lie about you to management - management is quick to take other management word on things without hearing both sides of a story - lack of growth and opportunity or development in any area aside from growing into a service center manager role - misleading and lack of communication
