Pros

Everyone here is so welcoming! The company truly cares about the people that work for them! They hire from within for promotions and take the time to develop employees for those positions. They are rapidly growing but still have the family owned values at the core of operations. It is very refreshing to work for a company that has a work/life balance.

Cons

Busy season is just that! Perhaps offer overtime for short staffed offices to be able to continue keeping standards high.

Cons

It’s a wonderful place to work if you’re into office drama and a high school atmosphere. Trashy is the best word to describe it. I am searching daily for a new job.

Pros

feels like everyone is one big family, cares a lot for external and internal customers, growing presenting more opportunities, a good focus on training of employees and trying to make things better in general, always trying to improve, being extraordinary!

Cons

no specific issues to NW that any other company would not experience, but communication between different locations and divisions can be difficult sometimes
