Pros
This is a family operated company and you feel it as soon as you walk through the door. I have even received hand written thank you cards from the co-presidents on numerous occasions thanking me for the things that I have done at work. They value you and your quality of life. I have seen people transfer to offices that are closer to home so they can cut down their daily drive time to and from work. They also give you the ability to take the company truck home if you pay a very fair price to do so. The benefits and paid time off are a huge plus, giving you more time with your family and the ability to take care of them medically. Northwest has an extraordinary amount of growth potential within the company. Even if you have little to no experience.
