Working at Northwest has been a blessing, the environment I walk into every day is very open and honest. I always have resources available to me one hurdles are presented. The environment of my superiors and coworkers is very supportive, understanding, and helpful to complete my work up to the quality and Standard that Northwest emplores. From day one they are focused on making sure I was trained, comfortable, and had opportunity for growth in sales opportunities within my position. I would recommend the career opportunity at Northwest to my closest friends.

I have been working at Northwest for two years, and overall have really enjoyed working here. I started in an entry level position and was able to get promoted after one year. I am now in the role that I wanted to be and absolutely love it. With the recent acquisition by Rollins, I think the culture and success of the company is only going to get better. I love that Northwest always tries to promote within and has a lot of opportunities for growth, even more so now with Rollins. I enjoy the relaxed corporate environment, the work/life balance and flexibility of my job.
