Pros

Yes they tell you to sell to your friends and family, but what people are failing to realize is you have to prospect with your friends and family to grow your business. By your third month you should be calling on mostly strangers who are just referred to you by clients. It isn't easy, but I've never worked at a place where people actually enjoy their work and this is what you find at NML. People who believe in what they're doing and enjoy doing it.

Cons

It is difficult. You can't be worried about what others think of you and you have to be able to handle rejection.
