My team was fantastic and I enjoyed the culture at Nossaman. Pay was fair and benefit offerings were great!

Cons

Firm leadership can be a little vague with Firmwide goals. The attorneys are mostly good to work with, but some of them are dismissive of staff.

I wouldn’t trust most people. Be prepared to be work big law hours with only mid law firm pay. Work life balance isn’t a priority here
