Good benefits Mostly nice attorneys

Cons

COO is incompetent and out of her league. She is not qualified for the role. Everything negative here leads back to her. She has hired horrible C level execs and directors. The HR team is by far the worst HR team I’ve encountered in any firm.

Typical law firm culture even though they claim to be a lifestyle firm. Partnership is stingy when it comes to keeping talent. Constant turnover.
