Top Level Management, i.e., Managing Partner (weak); COO - Unqualified - pretty girl syndrome; CTMO (HR) - Harsh, Unqualified, Constant Dept. Turnover; CFO - Weak, cannot take a position and support it; No leadership at any level from Managing Partner thru the Chief Level Positions. Each of these individuals have their own selfish agendas. Excessive turnover among the attorney ranks and non-attorney staff.

When people are out sick or on vacation, assistants are stuck with doing extra work whether or not they have time (lead secretary won't help and just pushes out the work to other people). When staff leave the firm, they won't replace -- crazy cost-cutting strategies creating more negativity and intense environment. Will never come back here - don't be tempted with high salary offer initially because annual increases and bonuses are small. I heard the Firm skipped out on their usual $50 gift card for Staff Appreciation Week in 2016 too. No sense of appreciation from management and treating partners, associates and staff like dirt when they're done with you. They expect you to be loyal to them, but, they won't be loyal to you.
