Never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life. HR is the worst. No one there can answer a question about your benefits let alone handle personnel issues when the department itself cannot retain their own people. The culture orbits around entitled attitudes of those that have been there for more than 5 years. Your feedback will go nowhere at this place. Nothing will ever change. Nossaman is a perfect example of how to not run a law firm. Stay away unless you are desperate. Staff is not appreciated, secretaries have weird power trips and there are many managers but no leadership.

Pros

Free parking, nice updated office, free bagels on Fridays, great office services staff

Cons

No personal growth offered or supported. Lack of respect from senior secretaries. They always talk about low morale in the office, yet they are the majority that complain and nitpick everything. Upper management has 'restructured' the staff organizational 3 times in the past 2 years. And what they put in place still isn't working. Very behind with IT upgrades and technology. High turn-over rate with staff

Pros

Nice offices but they are thinking of downsizing (COVID)

Cons

They try to pretend like they care but partners are self-serving. Associates are overworked and underpaid. When they eventually leave because of the high turnover, the partners blame it on the associate that left.
