Zero. The negativity is everywhere in that office - up and down every hallway.

Cons

Nossaman's high-level administrative "leaders" (titles all begin with the words "Chief" or "Director") are completely incompetent, rude and uncaring and lack any people skills whatsoever. Not a single one knows what they're doing in their job or how to effectively and professionally lead the staff. None of them are leaders, but their titles indicate otherwise. Hopefully the partners will wake up soon and make the necessary changes.

Generally people are nice. Management though, not so much. Very cut throat.

Cons

Some back stabbing and too much politics, no transparency whatsoever.
