Pros

As I work part-time/per diem as an administrative assistant in the SE PA market, the company is very flexible to my schedule, great employees to work with, management very responsive with timely e-mails.

Cons

I float to different offices, management styles and day-day operations can be different depending on clinic, however majority is the same!

Pros

Fast paced, a lot of learning on the job, but very rewarding to see patients regain their strength and mobility.

Cons

As a new PT Technician, it's a little difficult to get up to speed with all of the terminology/anatomy, but I didn't really see this as a con, necessarily. It's a challenge, and I like challenges.
