None anymore. Way overmanaged. Another Polaroid to be. .

Cons

Too many managers and no technical moguls. Not a single department is doing the job. Talk and more talk about values on the wall. Any person considering this company for employment has been warned. The stress is very high on a daily and quartarly basis. The place is a giant nightmare.

Relaxed but professional environment, good managers. You can talk to anyone at any level about the good and the bad if you choose.

Cons

A lot of new people starting at once but at least they are hiring and growing.
