- Competitive health benefits (good not great)

Cons

- Zero pay raise opportunities, get use 2-3% for the rest of your career at Novanta. - Horrible /toxic management, management styles that perpetuate unhealthy habits and conflicts among team members. - Terrible product portfolio (Jadak company) and product innovation. - Unlimited PTO (not really unlimited) - No bonus or employee stock program - meaningless bi-annual performance review (yes you get to write your review twice a year)

Pros

There are no pros anymore. I left 1.5 years ago. I find out now that my replacement has left for the exact same reasons. Over management with no funding into manufacturing test equipment.

Cons

Management is concerned with their own success and bonuses. All issues get kicked around with no real solutions. In the end, Novanta just buys companies, destroys them and buys another. Sooner or later, they will have no more companies to buy, and their incredible mismanagement of their current companies will fall down and crush them. It will be a a demise on the level of Polaroid.

Benefits (except pay). Great people on the production floor

Cons

Poor pay. Poor decision making on management level. People on the manufacturing floor pay the price for short sighted management decisions. No growth potential, people are shuffled around and 'promoted' in a vain attempt to fix the core issues. There is however no -real- growth potential at all
