Executives lack positive leadership and communication skills with major manufacturing sites. Company wide employee perception is that bonuses are for executives only while spending cuts and increased healthcare premiums impact all other workers. A decline in culture example is the rescinding of long promised under age 65 retiree healthcare benefits for retirees meeting the many years of service requirements. This change even applied to already retired under age 65 employees, not illegal, but a certain negative for company culture and reputation. Talented employees with opportunity elsewhere are leaving at a greater rate than in previous years.
