Too much back biting amongst executive team Unrealistic growth goals CCO is disingenuous and is elitist and arrogant Can't trust HR at all, especially the leader. He is not to be trusted

Pros

Nice people at the non-Sr management level. Benefits, time off is good (but work/life balance is not). Pay was average-slightly above average.

Cons

Training is not very good. Leadership is good, but Sr. leadership is very poor. They spend a lot of money on salespeople, partying, hotels and travel, but not on taking care of lower level employees.
