The mission of the company is like no other. That was such a great reason to work for Novocure.

Cons

Growth and culture. The lack of growth and raises in the company is quite bad. There was a lack of team work and it was very cliquey. Lack of appreciation for employees, which is such a shame. I really hope Novocure fixes these culture issues in the future, and quickly. I don't regret working there, it taught my many lessons and gave me some great transferrable skills. I would say Novocure is a good stepping stone in a career, but that's really it.

Unless you are buddy buddy with management there is very little flexibility. Pay is no where near the industry average. Last minute curveballs and if you are not expecting them you are treated like you are stupid. If you don’t respond to every little email then you aren’t doing your job.
