      The learners, believe it or not, make the job worthwhile

      Cons

      Bullying management, encouraging staff to let other staff members to sign registers for them, when they are absent. I raised this as a H&S issue ( a register being a legal document) and suffered bullying for weeks from other staff members as well as management. Staff also "working from home", when they are not, yet nothing is done.

      Corrupt, bullying, lack of care of concern for staff or students wellbeing. No professionalism with regards to quality of delivery or basic duty of care.
