      Pros

      Being able to work fully remote is a huge plus. Team Leads and Managers really care about workers

      Cons

      Beyond TLs, upper management and executives don't care much at all about the quality of life or pay of employees. If they have the opportunity to screw over their employees, they will do so.

      Pros

      Innovative product stack for clients. Leadership like many organizations is strong in some areas and focused, mostly in sales and marketing teams.

      Cons

      Marketplace for consumer data is getting crowded by competitors who have caught up to with the technology and in some cases have improved upon it.

      Solid workplace but underpays

      Pros

      Position was fully remote and most others seem to be as well. Schedule was extremely flexible. The culture within the department was good. Leadership attempts to be transparent.

      Cons

      Heavily underpays for experience demanded. Has had two recent layoffs that were treated wildly different, the first round had six months notice and the second round found out day of.
