      Pros

      Great culture, amazing co workers. CEO has been changing for the past few years, the current one seems very sharp. Moving within teams is relatively easy and the attitude of everyone is very warm.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and not a ton of room for growth, but depends on department. some departments have more career growth than others and you can feel a little stuck.

      Pros

      Numerator is at that sweet spot company size where it’s more stable than a start up and growing into a big company (minus all the red tape). There are plenty of new and exciting projects to contribute to, as well as propose and spearhead if you can back up your ideas. People are smart, willing to help others, and overall great to work with. It truly feels like there are no limits to individual growth - if you have an idea, take it and run. Best place I’ve worked so far.

      The company’s working through some growing pains and improving legacy constructs , but nothing crazy.
