Pros

The only pros are the two higher up leaders who just started. They will find a way to clean house.

Cons

This is a very toxic work environment. The Manager talks about their employees behind their backs and does nothing to support. The Manager should have been dismissed a long time ago. The work environment is so stressful that most people get sick from being overworked and under paid. Due to the Manager’s inability to stay on top of things, the workers are pressed at the last minute, which pauses all revenue. There is a Supervisor that verbally abuses their subordinates. The whole Nursefinders group is falling. The management team for the past 4 years is driving it into the ground.

Pros

Nursefinders just launched an app called the AMN hub that clinicians can use to book shifts. It is easy to use and clinicians love it. The culture of Nursefinders is excellent where you can work hard and be rewarded.

Cons

none that I can think of.
