Fast hiring practice fair pay plenty of work available for the favorite nurses.

Cons

Not ethnic and culturely sensitive or sincere when hiring African American Nurses or low income Individuals . Have them go through the whole hiring process to Cash in for Tax Benefits for their Company and then Never put the people to WORK!!!! I think this maybe ILLEGAL. Wonder what the EEOC and Human relations commission would say about theses actions. Shape up!!
