Pros

There are no pros to this company. It used to be great to work for but has since fallen apart.

Cons

This company does not keep track of anything and would repeatedly cancel my shifts 2 hours prior for things I was never made aware needed completed. Like an overdue annual drug test they failed to inform me I need to do or courses online I needed to complete. They repeatedly told me being a medication aide was "not a thing" even when I sent them a copy of my certificate and refused to pay me for the position, but rather as a regular CNA. Communication between departments is virtually nonexistent and expectations are always unclear. I would NOT recommend working for this staffing agency... You also do not get paid if you show up for your shift and the facility failed to call and tell you you were cancelled, unlike other agencies. Also, nearly every single time card was incorrect and often I lost out on money that I was owed, despite writing any special pay in all caps on the time card and repeating the same instructions in the email to payroll. Working for this company became so much of a hassle I quit and started working for the nursing home directly because they literally were offering to pay me more.
